Leaves Falling and Banana Butterscotch Pudding.

The leaves turn a lovely warm yellow colour and then fly away forever with the wind. Its times like this you will want something to keep you warm and fill you with much joy and happiness. This Aussie Chef Bill Granger pudding will deliver with every spoonful during the coming months.

So if I were you I would I would sift 125 grams of plain flour into a mixing bowl. Add a pinch of salt, 115 grams of Caster sugar, and 3 teaspoons of baking powder. Next add 1 beaten egg, 85 grams of melted butter, 250 mls of milk and one and a half mashed bananas and then combine all the ingredients together.
Pour the mix into a greased baking dish.

Next in a pan boil 250 mils of water and add 140 grams of soft brown sugar and 90 grams of golden syrup. When the sugar has dissolved pour into the batter mix in your greased baking dish. Yes I know it sounds strange pouring a hot liquid in to the cold batter mix but it works !

Now place in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes.  It should be golden on top with the syrup bubbling around the edges when ready.

And thats it. How quick and simple was that.......Enjoy.

Light and Shade.
