Culinary Blast from the past.

I worked at a small restaurant in Morpeth in Northumberland called Henri's which the name always puzzled me as the owner was called Bob ! ha ha ! Anyway it was probably (so far) one of the best places I have work for shear entertainment and it was there I met some truly wonderful individuals especially John and Rus who have become two of my closet friends. The other day I came across this CD we made to remind us of our time working at Henri's. It contains songs which were instantly turned up when they came on the Radio ! The Radio was then and probably still is the chefs only daily contact with the outside world when you are at work. Although maybe the development of the mobile phone is started to take over in kitchens where your are allowed them.
Happy days lads ! Beers very, very soon !
