This weeks Food Hero is Rick Stein !

Ricks Fruits of the sea and Taste of the sea programmes were magical. I remember watching them on sunday morning when I was still working as a photographer and saying to myself I would love to be a food traveller or chef like Rick.

Above is me and my prized Rick Stein signed photograph. Must admit the photo they sent the autograph on looks like Chalky his dog took it ! (god rest his soul x)
