I dont like mondays !


A nice little addition to many kitchens menu on a Monday is the Hot Roast sandwich. It mainly consists of whatever meat was left over from Sunday lunch reheated in Sundays tasty gravy and served in a soft freshly baked bun. Here at home I used some left over pork and made some gravy to which I added a good dollop of apple sauce, a spoon of English mustard, a few sauteed mushrooms and a nicely caramelised hand full of onions and finished it off with some apple shavings...O baby !
While eating it I tried to cling on to the weekend for a few moments more ! Enjoy !
